  I worked for this firm. The transcription product is very good. In my sole opinion, the company, however, is run by a Ms. Kris Girardi, who is actually dishonest and manipulative of the workers. They work for substandard wages, and are "employed" without enough work to go around. The company asks contractors to roll back windows operating system to accommodate ancient software, (After the agreement is signed), and all the problems that ensue with that are the contractor's liability. The company will promise work and not deliver, in order to keep the contractors working. 360 Transcription has also been under review by the State labor board, and they also should be under review for IRS rules about employees/contractors.
